Twice a year, the body crosses a quiet gate.
The nine days of Navaratri marks a seasonal transition—a moment when the nervous system, digestion, and inner rhythms are especially receptive to change.
I invite you to observe these nine days alongside me in this nine-day devotional space for anyone who wants to walk this threshold with intention.
This is not a challenge or a cleanse. It’s a renewal that can meet you exactly where you are an and what you have the capacity for.
It’s an invitation to listen, soften, and orient your inner climate during this auspicious and liminal time.
While Navaratri is traditionally a Vedic practice, this space is open to all who understand and are curious about how to align their body and spirit with the cycles of nature during seasonal change.
time, used wisely, can be our greatest tool.
I created this invitation because I truly believe in the power of aligning body and spirit and that devotion to something greater gives depth to life.
It would be an honor to be joined in the field by those who are curious, as I am, to feel greater depth, magick and awe in this beautiful life.

Community Opening Call (October 11th 4pm PST) — orienting people to Navaratri, the goddess phases, how to keep life light during this time
Nine Days of Story & Transmissions — on Signal app there will be
daily, maximum 8 minutes, sacred storytelling and soliloquy drawn from goddess mythology, each transmission offering a contemplation to carry through the day
2. Renewal: Guided Whole Ayurvedic Reset
$108— Limited to 13 participants
A whole Ayurvedic reset is a container where digestion, circadian rhythm and subtle body components have a moment to rest, reset and move forward from a space of renewal.
